Collaborating with the Lumiere team for our equestrian project in Plaxtol was a real delight. Working with Melissa to specify according to the brief and unique project requirements played a pivotal role in transforming our client's space. The introduction of Ralph Lauren wall lights, the exquisite Kelly Wearstler Stada light, and a personalised neon quote not only complemented the artwork beautifully but added a touch of glamour and elevated the space to another level of sophistication. It remains true that each and every time I look at each and every one of the lights that Melissa suggested for us it sparks happiness - and I wish we had known such a service existed years ago. After the Lumiere experience I would certainly make a lighting upgrade / redesign a priority in any new home - it is transformative - and I wish I had more rooms! The consultation process was easy and fun. Melissa was very easy to work with and she very quickly understood what we were after and how our home could be improved with the right lighting. The whole process was a joy and she was also available for support during the installation.

The hall was transformed by removing the two small chandeliers and replacing with one central, statement piece. I love the light so much I later bought two matching side lamps. The Cubist light over the stairs was not necessarily something I would have chosen in the shop, but Melissa was 100% right with this selection and every time we go up or down stairs we admire it - and wish we had changed it years ago instead of living with something we didn’t really like. The master bedroom light is simply beautiful to look at whether it is turned off or on. I love it. The landing lighting has considerably smartened up the area and the design of the lights is a perfect match for our house.

The process of discussing lighting ideas and concepts, through to choosing beautiful pieces and then delivery was not only straightforward but collaborative, creative and very enjoyable. We are absolutely thrilled with all of our installations. When I moved into my new house in Tunbridge Wells, I needed some lights to create both a beautiful ambience and to be stunning to look at. There was only one place in Tunbridge Wells that did really stand-out lighting and that was Lumiere.

Melissa and her team were exceptionally helpful and advised on some great lights, which has turned my house into a beautifully lit home.

After a redecoration and new furniture, I once again returned to Lumiere to get some light advice – and I wasn’t disappointed. After initially only thinking I needed three lights, I ended up with a quite a few more after some great advice on how I wanted to use the space and how I wanted it lit.

I got some extra special pieces such as art lights, desk lamps and casual lighting for seating areas that makes my home more welcoming and more comfortable to live in. Thank you Melissa and Carla for all your help.

I ordered my first beautiful light from Melissa when the shop was open in the High Street and I was immediately drawn to the glamour and the sparkle of her collection. I love the AERIN crystals and how they create the pattern on the ceiling. It is also the quality of the lights that is impressive. After ordering that light, I followed suit with some Kate Spades and various others, to the extent that almost my entire house is full of Lumiere’s beautiful lights and I love every single one of them!

Melissa and her team are always so friendly and so helpful, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for lighting.
