Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us to enquire about non-UK shipping quotes.

Free shipping to any UK address from our warehouse applies. Items shipped from display in our Tunbridge Wells gallery will incur an additional shipping fee (quote available on request).

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 working days (please note we are closed Sundays and Mondays) and UK orders are despatched via next day delivery. Please contact us if your order is urgent; we will attempt to fast track this for you.

All lead times are estimated.

Returns

We ask that you check all items within 48 hours of receipt and notify us of any issues within 10 days of receipt. Items which have been electrically installed cannot be returned.

Please contact us if you would like to return an item so we can issue you with a returns number and the returns address. All items must be returned complete, in the original condition, unused  and in the original packaging. The returns number must be clearly displayed.

We aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their lumière purchase and therefore encourage them to use the contact us page if the size, finish, or suitability of an item is in question.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returns unless the item is found to be faulty.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: returns are not accepted on customised, made-to-order or special order pieces.
