Internal & External lighting for a new build home
This client booked a lighting consultation back in June 2020 before lumière had even opened. She came on the first Sunday we opened to the public, armed with architects drawings and paint samples. It was the first time our design area had properly come to life and I enjoyed every minute.
It was such a joy to visit the house at different stages of the build and to be able to brief contractors on cable positioning for the external lights.
The icing on the cake was the moment I was invited to view some of the external lights in situ.
The house has very generous proportions. It spreads out over 4 floors, has a beautiful double height sweeping staircase in the entrance and the property sits on a huge plot of farmland . These bracketed Darlana lanterns on either side of the imposing front door are the perfect finishing touch.
We are looking forward to seeing the internal lights next (as well as the glass walled kitchen overlooking fields!)
